Macon Hardwood will accept returns of hardwood flooring with return approval from one of Macon Hardwoods’ employees; please give us a call to obtain a return authorization number and allow us to assist you in the return process. Flooring returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the freight to return the goods to the warehouse of Macon Hardwood’s choosing. Returned product must be in original, unopened boxes without markings or shipping labels adhered to them. No returns will be approved for opened bundles/boxes, close-outs or factory seconds. Special orders, discontinued items, moldings, adhesives, glues, and all other accessories will not be accepted for return.
