Tigerwood
Attributes
Tigerwood is named for its deep orange hue and dark veins which mimic the appearance of a tiger. This wood can provide an exotic feel and add drama to an otherwise nondescript room. Tigerwood will darken a bit to more reddish tones if exposed to sunlight. Pre-drilling is suggested for nailing and screwing. Carbide-tipped blades are a good choice when using power tools with Tigerwood.
